These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Apex Professional Institute, LLC ("Apex," "we," "us," "our") website and enrollment in any Apex training program. By visiting our website, submitting an enrollment application, or making a payment, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Apex provides project management and workforce development training, including PMP and CAPM exam preparation, leadership development, business operations training, corporate cohort training, government contract training solutions, and related professional development services, delivered in-person, hybrid, or online.
Enrollment is open to individuals, corporate teams, and government agencies who complete our application or contracting process. We reserve the right to decline or limit enrollment at our discretion, including for cohort capacity or eligibility requirements tied to specific funding sources (e.g., GI Bill, agency training funds).
Program fees are due as described at the time of enrollment or in your signed corporate/government agreement. Payments made through our website are processed by Stripe, Inc. By submitting payment, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. Prices are subject to change, but changes will not affect a cohort you have already enrolled in and paid for.
Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Students are expected to engage respectfully with instructors and fellow students, attend scheduled sessions as outlined in their program, and refrain from sharing proprietary course materials outside the program. Apex reserves the right to remove a student from a cohort, without refund, for conduct that is abusive, dishonest (including academic dishonesty on exams or assessments), or disruptive to other students.
All course materials, curriculum, presentations, recordings, and website content are the property of Apex Professional Institute, LLC or its licensors and are provided for your personal, non-commercial use as an enrolled student. Materials may not be copied, resold, or redistributed without our written permission.
Apex is committed to exam-readiness and provides a structured pathway toward certification, but we do not control third-party certifying bodies (such as PMI) or their exam results, and we cannot guarantee that any student will pass a certification exam, obtain employment, or receive a promotion. Any pass-rate statistics referenced on our website or in marketing materials reflect historical outcomes and are not a guarantee of individual results.
You agree not to misuse our website, including attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems, interfering with site functionality, or using the site for any unlawful purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Apex Professional Institute, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or participation in our programs. Our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount you paid to Apex for the program giving rise to the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or enrollment in a program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
